This study investigates the microclimatic variations and thermal comfort in a residential community in Japan through Envi-met simulation evaluations with the consideration of building facade albedo, vegetation planting along streets and global climate change scenarios, offering suggestions for future community agreement revision. The research examines the impact of factors such as wind speed, potential air temperature, relative humidity, and mean radiant temperature on the local microclimate. The results highlight the role of the park in mitigating high temperatures and enhancing thermal comfort. Additionally, the method of the study is potential for conducting simulations for revising community agreement in diverse regions. Future research directions include incorporating site measurements to calibrating models and utilizing BIM software for more comprehensive evaluations.
