JAUE2017-031: Resettlement Area Planning Based on Landscape Ecological Evaluation

Abstract

The resettlement project in Southern Shaanxi has a wide range of planning and construction in the township 
area. In reality, because of the less connection with village and town planning and the lack of ecological planning, 
some issues have appeared, such as the disorder of town spatial structure and ecological destruction. Based on the 
planning system of village and town and using the theories and methods of landscape ecology, the resettlement 
area planning system integrating with landscape ecology evaluation methods is discussed. It focuses on the 
strategies of resettlement area overall planning，and the ideas and methods are presented to strengthen the 
connection between resettlement area planning and town planning, and to promote the coordination of the 
resettlements construction and regional ecological protection.
