Abstract

At present, there are few researches on resettlement houses for minority immigrants from the perspective of users.
Therefore, this paper attempts to explore the Post-occupancy evaluation system suitable for minority resettlement
areas through the evaluation and research of the resettlement projects in Pu’er City, where minorities are
concentrated, so as to test the effect achieved by the relocation. Firstly, the evaluation index with strong adaptability
to the region is selected, combined with the user's research, the current situation of housing, the Semi-structured
interview method to build an evaluation system. Then, the application of evaluation index is verified from the built
environment. Finally, it is to evaluate the statistical results, summarize the key points of success in the design and
extract the merits. At the same time the proposal is to explore the existing problems. In this way, it provides decisionmaking
basis and basic information for the resettlement project, and realizes the sustainable development of the
resettlement area.
