jaue2015046: A Study of Energy Demand Forecasting of Residential Buildings in City according to the Change in Household Members

Abstract

This study forecasted the change in the number of households in Seoul metropolitan city based on statistical data analysis and suggested the future trend of energy consumption per household and per person, and tried to provide a fundamental material to deal with future energy demand change. For forecast the change in the number of households, this study conducted multiple regression analysis. According to the analysis, it is considered that the total number of households in Seoul will increase But the number of household member of per household is gradually reduce. it was found that annual energy consumption by household gradually decreases, but annual energy consumption per person gradually increases.
