jaue2015005: A Study on Improvement of the Current Performance Based Design

Abstract

Currently, In South Korea, Performance-Based Design has been carried out from 2009. But There are many difficulties on the actual implementation. This is because there are only the details of obligation object and the design of the qualification, no other specifics. In this Study, First, understand the concepts and related laws and regulations of the Performance-Based Design. Then through previous research and literature materials, we will investigate domestic problems related to existing Performance-Based Design. Based on the survey contents, conduct interviews with the deliberating council members who are deliberate the Performance-Based Design. With the contents and expert interviews that were investigated before, we analyze the problems. And to present the direction of improvement of domestic Performance-Based Design is the purpose of this study.
