jaue2016115: Tendency Analysis of Expert’s Cognition on Performance-Based Design Issues : Questionnaire survey to the Experts

Abstract

Currently, In South Korea, Performance-Based Design has begun to establish a legal basis since 2005. And in earnest in 2009, notify and implement the Performance-Based Design in 「Fire-Fighting system Installation business Act」. But there are many inefficiencies in the process of implementation by imposing the basis of standards from foreign countries.
In previous studies, I derived articles which need improvement in Performance-Based Design system through expert interviews. As a result, there are constant difference in recognizing the problem between expert groups. For a detailed analysis, I conduct additional interviews.
So, to reorganize the Performance-Based Design articles, it is the purpose of this study to analyze tendency of problem recognition by expert groups. And grade importance weight of articles by expert groups using the AHP method in future.
