Due to the characteristics of traditional industrial production activities, the old industrial parks in various places have similar appearances and conditions.However, the updated design of the old industrial parks should avoid the phenomenon of the convergence of style and space experience.If the climatic characteristics of specific areas and the mining and translation of ecological wisdom in traditional space design are taken into consideration during the renewal of industrial heritage, while taking into account the specific needs of urban development, it can be a good guide for contemporary industrial renewal design methods. And make the revitalized industrial heritage have regional cultural characteristics, and better continue the urban memory.The article will summarize and analyze the expression of regionality in the excellent cases of old industrial parks renewal in Hangzhou through the methods of document collation, field investigation and comparative research.In addition, the old industrial park renewal strategy that adapts to the specific regional climate characteristics and urban development needs will be proposed for the renewal design of the industrial relics in Hangzhou, so as to create a more comfortable and unique spatial experience for users and make the updated industrial heritage not only has the characteristics of the times, but also has regional characteristics.
