Through the running of Ordinary SBR reactor, SBR reactor with internal biological filler and SBR reactor with external biological filler, bacterial diversity in multi-component composite bioactive filler treated sewage was studied by Miseq High-throughput sequencing. The results indicated that the bacterial diversity in the three reactors were very high, Saprospiraceae in internal(8.09%) and external(2.86%) is lower than the control group (29.82%), which according with the research that the biological filler can greatly improve the performance of sludge settling. Flavobacteriaceae in internal (6.19%) and external (11.27%) is higher than the control group (0.71%), which according with the research that the biological filler can greatly improve the ability of phosphorus removal.
