Abstract

This study compares the Recognitions between residents and non-residential residents who control the solar radiation in an apartment house. The survey examined the Recognition and characteristics of the control of the solar radiation in an apartment house in the summer based on the apartment building in Daegu. This study was conducted to provide basic data on the study of the optimal control methods for future control of the solar radiation in apartment house by comparing and analyzing residents ' Recognitions about how to control the solar radiation. Research methods collect data through surveys and analyze it with IPA analysis method. The analysis analyzes the Recognition between residents who control the solar radiation and those who do not. The analysis shows that the current control of solar radiation for apartment houses is controlled by the residential subjective judgment and lacks awareness of how to regulate the solar radiation. Therefore, based on objective data on how to control the solar radiation in an apartment house, objective indicators should be presented so that the control of the solar radiation can be used more effectively.
