Rural basic education facilities are one of the most important parts of rural public service facilities. Under the background of rapid urbanization in China, there has been non-equalization of public service facilities. The basic education facilities need to be improved, which has become the focus of public attention. At present, the urban population is increasing, and the rural population is decreasing. The outflow of population in Qujiang District of Zhejiang Province also leads to new development problems. "De-growth" is a new concept of sustainable development put forward in the post-industrial era. The paper expounds the connotation of the concept of de-growth, and selects Qujiang District, Quzhou City of Zhejiang Province as a case study. Based on The Medium and Long-Term Distribution of Education in Quzhou City, this paper attempts to summarize the allocation of rural basic education facilities in Qujiang, analyze the residents' demand for rural basic education facilities and their solution, which provides positive social significance.
