The nation’s current disaster safety education is focused on fire and natural disasters are rarely addressed in the curriculum. In the past decade, however, all human casualties of the total natural disaster have been reported in water disaster. To prevent human casualties caused by water disaster, it is important to know the proper means of escape that minimize the damage that can occur. Therefore, the purpose of this study to investigate the status of safety education and propose safety education, customized for water disaster through investigation of the demand.
