JAUE2012-058: A Study on Resident-Agreed-Unit Deteriorated Housing Concentration Area Regeneration Model Scheme

Abstract

This study is purposed to analyze and understand the actual conditions and problems of physical, social dwelling environment for the residental environment improvement business zone of Daegu-city and propose a method of dwelling regeneration model through the stereotyping of the concentration areas.
This study will examine related systems through the study of literatures, analyze the characteristics of the maintenance method on a regeneration model, survey the actual business promotion conditions of the business zone for the survey and review problems and limits of the actual status of the physical dwelling environment of the selected example zone.
This study will also analyze the physical conditions and maintenance examples of old dwelling areas, draw the potential problems. The results of this study will be helpful to improve dwelling properties such as the establishment of privacy and community in respect of the urban context or use of the land and to propose the maintenance methods of the dwelling regeneration model to pursue the convenience of the urban life.
