Abstract

In the case of Ulleungdo, which is the study area, residential areas are distributed around the coastal area, and 
the road network connecting these forms the shape of the roundabout along the coastline. It made the steep slope 
area to increases widely, which directly or indirectly affects rockfall and landslide. 
In this study, spatial analysis was used to suggest the necessity of countermeasures against sediment disaster 
and presented the problems of evacuation and relief measures by scenarios. We created a scenario to consider 
disconnection of the traffic network for areas with landslide occurrence history, designated as a landslide risk area, 
and landslide risk level 1 grade. In this study, the accessibility analysis based on the actual gait path was used to 
obtain the reality and it can be used as a methodology to examine the demand of the designated shelter. And it can 
be used as a tool for evacuation and relief planning
