Abstract

In recent years, the heat island effect that Pavement of the earth surface coating, Increase in city exhaust heat and Densification of the city assumes becoming it a main cause is continued taking up as a serious environmental problem in an urban area, and various studies are accomplished about the measures. Even among those, the effectiveness of measures in consideration of heat environment and wind environment is shown to be high from a stage of the urban planning. For this thing, in Japan, the city reproduction emergency maintenance area and pushes forward urban redevelopment from the viewpoint of Environment, Disaster prevention and Globalization.
The Toranomon district, to intend for in this study is one of those. However, by the current plan, the possibility is
concerned about that the wind that is effective for the heat island mitigation is shut out by building group with the redevelopment. Therefore, in this study, I grasp the wind environment for the redevelopment district from the wind tunnel experiment with the city model and the CFD analysis in the urban planning stage. In addition, I examine improvement plan for the effective "the Ventilation Path" for the heat island mitigation in redevelopment.
