JAUE2014-083 Research about refugees,retreating and lifelines, recover of refuges in Sendai in Great Earthquake of East Japan

Abstract

Daily life and society activity was affected by the lifeline under interrupted for a long time as the Great Earthquake of East Japan. Thus we have to consider about situations that lack of food and water as the growing of coming people in refuge, hospital, government and even welfare facility. Therefore we choose some samples to research the amount of refugees and show refuge rates, accommodate rates clearly on GIS map. Then we compare the refugees retreating with area that was under disruption of water supply or not, for figuring out the refuges feature based on the connection between water disruption and eruption
