With the formless and intelligent construction advantages, 3D concrete printing(3DCP) has attracted more
attention from researchers. At present, the method for evaluating the performance of 3DCP mainly depends on its
flow ability, which may cause, inaccuracy without taking its rheological properties into consideration. Therefore,
this paper designs orthogonal tests based on the requirements of 3DCP, Then the jumping table and rheological tests
are carried in succession, while a simple printing test is conducted to evaluating its extrudability and buildability.
According to the test results, the relationship between the rheological properties and the flow properties is concluded.
A new method which combines the rheological properties and the flow properties is put forward to evaluate its
printing properties the guiding method for 3DCP, it is can be used to guide the mix design of 3DCP in order to get
a more suitable printing property.
