Abstract

At present, as combined cooling., heat and power (CCHP) system is increasingly recognized by society, which is also more likely to appear in our lives. Regular maintenance and inspections keep the system running and ensure the safety of the equipment and maintenance crews, a more effective and efficient inspection and maintenance can not only reduce the downtime of the system, make it work in a better state, but also save costs This paper focuses on the effect analysis of maintenance activities of the gas engine and fuel cell in Kitakyushu Science and Research Park (KSRP) on their work efficiency by using the control variable method. The contents of maintenance and how maintenance activities effect the power generation efficiency and heat recovery efficiency are introduced. And the magnitude and grade of the degree of influence is obtained by calculating and analyzing relevant data before and after each maintenance. Next, draw conclusions on how to reduce the negative effects and expand the positive effects in the maintenance activities. The analysis results provide a value reference for the maintenance of gas engine system, fuel cell system or other power generators.
