Abstract

The traditional energy supply mode of the important load points of huge cities has great transformation value and 
promotion space. Improving the duration and reliability of supporting important loads is an important part of 
emergency system research. This paper regards important load points and surrounding buildings as a whole, 
increases the diversity of emergency equipment, rational allocation and distribution of emergency equipment, and 
forms a regional emergency system, that is, building emergency system interacts with other buildings to become a 
regional emergency system, so as to reduce the resource redundancy of emergency energy as much as possible. On 
the premise of guaranteeing the reliability of regional power supply, emergency resources among buildings should 
be reasonably dispatched to improve the timeliness, effectiveness and economy of system operation and dispatch. 
The establishment of regional emergency system can reduce the investment of emergency power system, improve 
the utilization rate of emergency equipment, reduce the idle ratio of assets and the regular maintenance and operation 
cost of the system, and effectively improve the economics of regional power system on the basis of ensuring regional 
power reliability.
