Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine evacuation information expressions that suppress normalcy bias and encourage evacuation behavior. First, problems with conventional evacuation information were clarified through text mining analysis, and as a proposal for improvement, as an improvement plan for the problems extracted by the analysis, we created sentences using psychological effects that are effective for behavior change and examined effective expressions by questionnaire survey. Questionnaire results show that specifying an authoritative person such as the mayor and village mayor, expressions that make it easy to imagine damage assumptions, expressions that express a sense of urgency in time, and expressions that make people imagine others are effective expressions for encouraging evacuation behavior
