Abstract

A planned management area refers to an area that is expected to be incorporated into an urban area or an area that is intended for limited use and development in consideration of the natural environment and requires planned and systematic management. Recently, studies on various application technologies using unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) are being conducted. In the field of surveying, studies are being conducted on the technology for monitoring the topography based on high-resolution image data acquired using the camera or various sensors mounted on the UAV, or generating high-resolution orthoimages, digital surface model (DSM), and digital elevation model (DEM). Therefore, this study intends to generate a cadastral map and analyze its accuracy using UAV and ground control points (GCP). 187 aerial photos were acquired, and spatial information with an RMSE error of 0.024m was constructed. As a result of the accuracy analysis, the 1/1,000 numerical map satisfies the tolerance range. Therefore, it is judged that the UAV image using GCP complies with the error range of the national basic map production work regulations and can be used sufficiently.
