JWACA2025-023: Beijing Yizhuang Cell Therapy Research and Development Pilot Base

Abstract

As China’s largest cell therapy industry base, this project organizes eight GMP-standard buildings around a three-dimensional “vitality corridor” that encourages interaction and movement. The design metaphorically extends cellular morphology into landscape and circulation, fostering an open, interconnected research park that blends rational layout with dynamic public spaces.
