Abstract

The Inner Mongolia Winter Training Center is a multi-functional ice sports training facility designed to meet the high standards of national winter games while serving as a post-game training venue for national and regional winter sports teams, schools, and local enthusiasts. The project is divided into two phases, with a total construction area of 96,000 square meters. The design emphasizes energy efficiency, with features such as reduced window areas, optimized roof structures, and a compact building layout. The main speed skating rink, with an area of 26,500 square meters, is designed to maximize usable space while minimizing unnecessary auxiliary areas. The center also includes ice hockey and curling arenas, athlete apartments, and media centers, all aimed at fostering a scientific training environment and promoting sports talent development.
