JWACA2023-033: Research on Function Setting and Spatial Layout of Public Service Facilities for the Elderly under the Goal of Complete Community Take Dadong District of Shenyang as an example

Abstract

In August 2020, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development proposed to carry out the short-board action in the construction of urban residential communities, aiming at building a "complete community" with safe facilities. Because China is about to enter the age of moderate aging, during the 14th Five-Year Plan period in 2021, the state put forward an implementation plan to actively respond to the aging of the population. Under this background, this paper selects four communities in Dadong District of Shenyang City, takes the elderly public service facilities in the community as the research object, and uses questionnaire survey to understand the needs of the elderly, and analyzes the survey data with SPSS. It is found that the function setting, environmental optimization and allocation of public service facilities for the elderly play a positive role in the sense of identity of the elderly. And try to put forward the optimization strategy of function setting and layout of public service facilities for the elderly under the goal of complete community.
