Abstract

Recently, while HEMS has attracted attention, the system which visualized energy, indoor and outdoor thermal environment, and how to live comfortably has been developed. It was installed in an environmental friendly housing in Sagamihara, Kanagawa prefecture, and experimental operation is performed from the summer of 2012. This system makes a strong effort to visualize the indoor environment .Based on this, change of energy saving actions by residents and its effects around introduction of the system was tested. In consequence, frequency of execution of energy saving actions increased in summer and winter, and the actions were checked in the monitor of the system.
