This study addresses the challenges posed by the global population increase, particularly the aging population, which has led to a rise in the number of elderly drivers. To tackle traffic accident prevention and safety issues, the study proposes a system for sharing the location information of elderly drivers and their vehicles through navigation apps, while also considering the sharing of agricultural machinery location information. Moreover, the study highlights the problem of regional depopulation caused by inadequate road infrastructure management, emphasizing the need for an effective system to monitor road conditions and maintenance. The proposed system combines GNSS- based location sharing with AI-equipped video devices for road hazard information collection. Additionally, it introduces a civic participation road information collection system to gather data on low-traffic roads, extending the location sharing to agricultural machinery. The findings are expected to contribute to enhancing road safety and mitigating the challenges associated with an aging population and regional depopulation.
