The "Golden Time" is a time when initial response to fire suppression and disaster relief become important. In South Korea, the average rate of securing the golden time in 2022 was 68.8%, and the probability of failing to keep the golden time was 31.2%. As the golden time directly affects lives and property, national efforts in South Korea continuously focus on striving to secure effective methods of the golden time, such as the priority signal system and the forced disposal of vehicles that interfere with dispatch. However, there is limited research assessing the characteristics of the road accessibility by fire vehicles. Therefore, this present study aims to derive a route that can be dispatched in consideration of the specifications of fire trucks. If a fire truck is dispatched through the accessible route derived from this study, it is expected to minimize the time spent on fire suppression and lifesaving work by reducing the time to detour without entering according to the width of the road. In addition, based on the minimized travel time, it is expected that many lives and property will be secured in the event of a disaster.
