This study suggests a new approach to predicting human behaviours upon a fire based on the empirical analysis of the difference in evacuation behaviours depending on DISC behaviour types. DISC behaviour types are divided to the Dominant type, Influential type, Steady type, and Compliant type when used in the analysis. The difference in evacuation behaviours depending on DISC behaviour types is examined. To this end, samples were extracted at random and a survey was conducted among them. This study aims to contribute to evacuation strategies in case of a fire by empirically verifying the difference in evacuation behaviours and evacuation types depending on DISC behaviour types.
