Recently, In addition to the Heat Island and the Environmental Loading Reduction, a technical study and action for the purpose of the energy-saving consumption are carried out in each field background serious electricity shortage at abnormal time under the natural disaster outbreak including the Great East Japan Earthquake. In contrast, power consumption reduction in the daytime of the summer is important, and the Environment Symbiosis City and Construction Planning that a profit applied the geographical characteristic in the city and natural capital in with difficulty at the citizen's city life level is demanded. In Japan Otsu, Shiga Prefecture, how to plant street trees (Roadside trees) that came out of new ideas, may reduce the heat island phenomenon. In this study, we found the method how to suppress the temperature of ground surfaces by using of fluid dyna-mation simulation. And then, the result of this shows the optimal solution to plant beautiful roadside greens in the sophisticated city. At first in this study, I analyzed known data of the wind environment and performed the wind tunnel experiment based on comparative analysis. Through these analysis and experiments, I was able to build the wind environment simulation model. And this simulation model allowed visualization analysis about the natural wind that was invisible and non-regular.
