The aim of this research is to explore the determining characteristic attributes which influence hotel price by utilizing hedonic price model. Focus on going hotels in Taipei city, the market data were collected and analyzed for the multiple regression models. According to hotel hedonic price function, this research result finds room size, and additional facilities is related straight forward with the room price.
