Abstract

Recent years, It is promoting the construction of high efficient energy system that combined energy saving and sustainable economic growth in Japan. On the other hand, since the amount of power supply is reduced due to damage to the power plant caused by the Great East Japan Earthquake, rolling blackouts were carried out in the metropolitan area. Thus, necessity of stabilizing the supply of energy came to be strongly recognized. Therefore, it is necessary to be popularized distributed energy supply system, to realize stable supply of energy and improvement of energy efficiency. However, evaluation of the energy supply system of the conventional is an indicator to assess the environmental performance and economic efficiency. Evaluation method of conventional is not possible fully evaluated the energy system that can respond flexibly to changes in the environment and disaster.
In this study, it is intended to evaluate the regional energy supply system from the point of view of resilience is the force to overcome the environmental changes. In a model urban area with a distributed energy system, it is an object proposed evaluation method was for the benefit of consumers and urban functions continuity.
