Abstract

As the one that requires attention as City's inland flooding, importance of city flooding prevention is increasing. There's a lot of cases that damaged by local units. In the city, prevention of disaster in local units is inactive so criteria is needed in local. Especially, the importance of response regarding the disaster is being emphasized So criteria set by each characteristics of flood are analyzed by AHP. For analyze the weakness factor as investigated as the most important criteria in flood damage response index, lower category as gradient of the land, proportion of impermeable area, scale of underground space, entrance condition in case of rescue and the number of disaster-vulnerable person are studied in that pointed as interrelated. Quantification through this would be able to make the formula. Among these, suggest to make a generalization would be helpful in prevention and response through quantificated index.
