Abstract

Maintenance is a main way to ensure the smooth operation of the system and equipment of combined cooling,
heating, and power (CCHP) system. Maintenance activities can effectively counteract the effects of equipment
deterioration and reduce the incidence of failure to ensure system reliability. For power generation facilities, the
main contents of energy-saving and consumption reduction are to reduce the energy consumption of the main
equipment and improve the efficiency of power generation. Therefore, the maintenance is an opportunity for energysaving
of CCHP system. In this paper, a model is developed for maintenance analysis based on balance the cost and
maintenance benefits. The maintenance efficiency can be improved by optimizing maintenance frequency and
maintenance degree. The energy-saving efficiency of the system is fully considered. And the actual operation data
of a CCHP system is adopted as a case study.
