More and more modern rural communities are being built to meet the needs of the growing population and livelihoods in modern rural areas, especially in Zhejiang Province, the most economically developed rural area. The government is also promoting future community programs in rural areas nationwide. The preservation and continuation of cultural and natural heritage is an important direction for the future development of rural areas. In this study, we simulated the ancient village of Qinchuan and the ancient villages of Changle and Zhiyan, located in Zhejiang Province, and photographed the streets of the village, hoping to gain help in regenerating communities in rural areas by comparing them with urban streets. In addition, we explored the differences between each village and urban tourist streets with different semantic segmentation ratios by semantic segmentation of Changle Village and Zhiyan Ancient Village and applying it on Qinchuan Ancient Village by machine learning, and comparing the semantic segmentation differences between each village.
