JWACA2025-026: Hong Kong Land Chongqing Qiyuan and Qiyuan Guangli

Abstract

A mixed-use complex in Chongqing’s hilly terrain, this project combines commercial, office, and residential programs. Through terraced gardens and stepped circulation, it mediates a 13-meter height difference, creating slow-paced retail experiences and efficient TOD connectivity. Rounded architectural forms unify the composition, reflecting the mountainous context and enhancing urban coherence.
