Chemical accidents are significantly affected by weather conditions such as wind direction and velocity;
therefore, when a chemical accident occurs, information about the place and route of evacuation should be
communicated to residents promptly and accurately. The purpose of this paper is to find out the best way to
effectively communicate evacuation location and route information to residents through evacuation training
experiment.
