Abstract

Recently, due to natural disasters and deterioration of facilities, various disasters are frequently occurring 
everywhere. These disasters, large and small, can cause casualties and increase social anxiety. The establishment of 
a safe society is an essential requirement for improving the quality of life and realizing a welfare society. If a secure 
infrastructure is in place, these problems can be solved. In particular, accidents on large structures, such as bridges, 
are more likely to develop into more catastrophic disasters. However, in the case of large bridges, it is difficult to 
inspect the exterior due to the cost-effectiveness of access, and in the case of the current safety diagnosis, the Auto 
Cad-based Appearance Examination Chart is prepared based on the subjective judgment of the inspector. Auto Cadbased
 Appearance Examination Chart has a big difference from the real image, so it is difficult to determine the 
damage information. Therefore, in this study, an ortho image was created based on UAV images and the ortho image 
was used to display on the Appearance Examination Chart.
