Abstract

Because of these purpose, I used The Housing Yearbook, Daegu and the census data of the Korea National Statistical Office. And I found the characteristics of the data.
This study tries to accurately analyze housing stock and thereby make a suggestion of the management of proper
development density in residential development cities.
