Abstract

Traditional architecture is a testimony to the regional characteristics and history of the nation, and it is a regional architecture that has evolved from the long-term development of a region. The traditional architecture in China has strong special characteristics, and the traditional concept of "the unity of heaven and man and the oneness of things" also predestines the inheritance of traditional architecture should not be limited to the form, but pay more attention to the relationship between man and nature, and the expression of spatial emotion, that is, the creation of spatial context. So the article want to find the expression of spatial mood of traditional architecture, analyze and study the cases of modern traditional spatial expression, and explore the modern continuation methods that conform to the spatial mood of traditional architecture.
