jaue2015007: Study on moisture environment inside of the wall and underfloor of the house using a lot of natural materials

Along with the popularization of high airtightness and high insulation of housing, the danger of occurrence of internal condensation is increasing. As one of the measures against it, the use of natural insulating materials with humidity conditioning performance is now attracting attention. In this study, inside of the walls and underfloors in individual houses using a lot of natural materials were surveyed to clarify humidity environments, the danger of condensation and humidity control effect by natural materials. As a result of condensation test based on the surveyed internal housing walls, it showed no condensation was occurred in summer and winter. But the risk of internal condensation in winter was higher. According to the actual survey of underfloors, the risk of condensation in winter is lower. The risk was confirmed during day immediately after the end of the rainy season in summer. But, there was no condensation in underfloors by visual inspection. The survey is continuously scheduled to be carried out towards consideration to analysis and improvement of the cause.
