The coast street of the Tohoku district was destroyed according to the tsunami damage of the Great East Japan Earthquake on March 11, 2011. Arahama Nursery School in Watari-cho, Miyagi also suffered a great deal of damage by tsunami. It transferred to one corner of the existing nursery school site located inland temporarily, and was managing after suffering a calamity as a temporary institution. Although 14 personnel were nursing 50 nursery schoolers in this building, it was the very strong overcrowded environment of the cooped-up feeling. Then, in the training lesson (subject name "specific training") in the Department of Human Environment Design of Touhoku Bunka Gakuen University, the stricken area support program of the Great East Japan Earthquake was started and carried out experimentally. In this report, the author showed the various effects and subjects which were obtained through this program implementation while showing the outline of the program.
