jaue2023+004: Analysis on Green Performance of Zhoushan Free Trade Financial Centre

Abstract

With the development of computer simulation technology, the simulation analysis of green performance before building completion has become an important element of green building design. Taking Zhoushan Free Trade Financial Centre as an example, this paper uses PBECA green building analysis software to establish a three-dimensional model based on the climate characteristics of Zhoushan region and the architectural design drawings to simulate the outdoor wind and thermal environment of the centre, and to compare the simulation results with the Chinese green building evaluation standards to judge whether the requirements of the evaluation standards are met.
