Abstract

Zhejiang government proposed the construction of future communities in 2018 and wrote it into the "Government Work Report" in 2019. At the beginning of 2020, the COVID-19 was broken out. Many cities across the country were closed, and communities were used to isolate and fight against the epidemic. But many problems were explored. In addition, there are frequent public emergencies in our country. This article proposes to take the COVID-19 as a signal and draw on Japanese emergency experience and the concept of "Society 5.0" dialectically. Xi Jinping's requirements for togetherness, scientific prevention, and precise policy at the G20 Summit will be the target. The “Fold” community of organizational resilience, spatial diversity, and smartness scattered builds a "Resilient City" system. It will be taken as a sample of innovative practice in urban space governance in the postCOVID-19 time.
